The Old Man will be in the cable car booth, asking Sally if she has a ticket before entering. After travelling through stairs, Sally will eventually find the cable station. The player has to push a cart that blocks the pathway to the next door. Sally will eventually find a mini cabin and enter. The player must continue to follow the signs, evading the bullies' flashlights as they do so. Sally then finds an arrowed sign that reads "Cable Car". The player will continue into the snowy trench, ducking underneath tree trunks and bridges as they do so. With her bike now busted, Sally has no other choice but to find another way back to her town. She then tumbles down a snowy hill, ultimately damaging her bike in the process. She gets distracted by her posters flying out of her bike's front basket, which results in her colliding with a road railing. Sally hops onto her bike and pedals down a mountain pass in hopes of escaping. The screen will then open onto a cutscene of Sally being approached by children with flashlights and bikes, presumably bullies. Sally would then say," But I'm not giving up. As she's doing this, she mutters to herself," I can't believe its been over a month now.". The story starts off with Sally displaying missing posters of her cousin Emily Kauffman around the town. She carries a light blue-grayish mini backpack on her back throughout the game and never removes it. Underneath her trench coat, she dons a white turtleneck. She wears a maroon buttoned up trench coat with black buttons, light flooded jeans, and red sneakers. She appears to have heterochromia with her right eye appearing green and her left being brown.
